tonite gt miracle~!!! its amazing how liverpool won 1-0 away to tottenham.. its a miracle how spurs missed 2 great chance in front of an open goal and a great long cross which beat the offside trap onli to be let dwn by a poor first touch.. liverpool could have lost big time..

however miracle dun happen twice.. i bet on a liverpool win n reading draw.. sadly.. although reading did draw in the first half.. they have no ans to christiano ronaldo which scored 2.. (3rd match tat he scored 2 each..) although they scored 1 back but still 1 goal dwn..

however one pt for joy.. chelsea dropped pts again.. hurray!!!! unable to win fulham even at home.. joy to the world~~

yea as e title goes, tonite went to watch a night in museum.. total hilarious.. e scene where ben stiller got owned by the monkey named dexter.. and the pet t.rex.. haha.. and the easter island stone.. "u new mr dumb dumb.. get me some gum gum.." and the ger who helped louis n clark (wats her name again?? sry i am like ben stiller character which gt no idea abt history...) "i am behind a glass.. i cant hear u".. immediately picked tat up while we were at 7-11 after the show.. hahaha.. a must watch..

yea after so many days of no access.. finally can blog again..

no thnx to the taiwan quakes which disrupted telcom lines resulting in internet and tel chaos..

2 yrs after the tsunami, taiwan received 3 quakes.. world experiencing weird weather.. in SE asia, particularly in sg, malaysia n indonesia, rain came pouring non stop.. in austrailia where bushfire is more of a norm during this period is actually snowing while places like US and Switzerland got little/no snow.. is this a fore-sign to the end of the world?? so 2 yrs from now, what will happen on boxing day again??

anyway really felt e pinch when many webbie cannot be accessed.. felt that a lot of info is being blocked.. can u imagine if the net shld shutdwn for a few days, tel cant work.. big tech disaster??

today chiong finish the show 1 litre of tears.. first time i almost cried (i stopped my tears.. so weird to cry alone in e rm in broad daylight).. i dun even noe y that reaction.. tears jus come.. great show... i will nv have e courage to face the future like what the female character did..

last but not least.. ystd gt a v strange dream.. it felt sweet, den bitter n torturing.. den when i woke up.. i feel lonely.. haha as for e details.. its for my own pleasure.. i do hope tat i can get e sweetness again..

went to watch charlotte's web.. really felt for the poor spider.. despite being e main character, the poster shows e stupid pig instead.. even e rat did more den e pig.. well as for e pig in e poster.. he did wat he can did best.. being a pig.. okie he was super kind but still.. e spider did e most heartwarming thing.. giving his all including his life to fulfill his promise to the pig.. i love the quote by the doc when e mum suspect his daughter to be behind e writings on the spider web.. "u dun believe it is a miracle? u cant sew when u r born can u? a spider can spin n spurn web without being taught.. isnt tat a miracle?"

what a tiring day.. as it can be seen.. skin changed.. due to inspiration of misa misa.. (erika toda) was searching her pic when i stumble across one skin.. so i tot y not..

all i can say is that it is not easy.. after working my ass off to find the pics, i jus realise i dun quite understand the template codes.. cant get it to work e way i want.. so i end up dumping everything to the left corner..

den come e initial tedious part.. as i am ignorant to photo editing tools, i end up using onli cut, paste, crop, resize to get the pic.. not really nicely done if u see e Deathnote 2: The Last Name part.. a bit pixel-lated.. and so do some of the pics of erika toda..

den e toughest part.. getting the correct codes, uploading the relevant images.. and of cos getting the color combi for the respective headings.. wun say i am v happy with the combi though.. but tat green color v anti social.. v hard to combi..

Deathnote 2: the last name

Jus came back from watching deathnote 2.. yesh sneaking in movies now.. cant wait to watch it..

first of all e characters.. the shinigami Ryuk n Remu is fantastic.. e graphic was v nice.. not forgetting jealous, the shinigami whu died protecting Misa Misa.. he look like a digimon.. (agumon.. thnx to low..).. Misa Misa kawaii~!!!!! she look fantastic.. when i read the comic, all i can say is i am v annoyed by this character.. but the movie.. fantastic.. her antics to stick to Kira (Light) was not as annoying as the manga.. jus enuff and her facial expression are jus cute la..

next the storyline.. i am v surprised at how it goes.. from the first movie, we know that it varies from the manga.. in e 2nd movie, it smoothen the variation.. so much so that it does not look wierd.. like how L caught kira instead of the 2nd generation L.. despite that change, the ending of how kira died when being exposed is being used.. so not much variation there.. but one sad note is the use of the reporter whu in e manga is also being used but in a diff way.. in the movie they do not know each other.. but the way kira find back his deathnote after abandoning it is the same process.. v v interesting at how they cut the story.. okie anymore spoilers, ppl may kill me.. haha..

from suntec.. yesh bought my moshi ipouch.. v nice.. highly recommanded.. its made in such a way that the inner side can clean ur screen of finger prints.. e outer side is made to clean off particles.. v pleased.. its for ipod but i used it for my phone.. there is even a front compartment for earphones.. good product.. not cheap though.. 30 bucks now.. after 15% discount.. (lucky won a little in soccer for past 3 weeks.. tats y buy.. hee)

last but not least.. my boss do stun again.. haiz.. like to sabo his own workers.. other den my wish for my ord date to advance.. v touching story abt a ger whu gt a life threatening disease and she cannot be exposed to sunlight.. from young she live in a world of darkness..

She observed a boy of similar age thru her window.. meet him by chance at the
bus stop near her hse where she see him every morning.. he brought her to a brand new world of night life, where her singing was appreciated more.. soon she gt a lot of follower listening to her street performance..

however after boy confess to her, he found out abt her disease e hard way.. which is almost killing her as they were out till almost day breaks.. after which she was extremely down and look lifeless.. even chase e boy away..

in order to get e ger on her feet again, boy sold his fav surfboard (was bought by his frds as a present for him in e end), get jobs, trying to save e intro fee for a demo tape.. he wants to encourage her to sing again..

eventually her disease get e better of her.. as she found out tat she cant play e guitar anymore as her hand cannot exert strength to press on e chords..

managed to record her song though.. which gain recognition after she died..

a v heartwarming story abt how this ger gets on wif life.. with her help of her gd frd and this surfer boy.. and of cos e parents..

ger played by upcoming singer YUI.. v special voice.. v nice songs in e movie.. i haven watch drama vers which erika played e female lead.. 2nd diseased character she acted after 1 litre of tears.. somehow link to sickness?? but nonetheless both v sweet..

not a v tear jerking movie.. probably becos they tried to squeeze e whole drama series to a movie.. will try to get hold on e drama series..

Movie alone..

today went to watch a 11.15 show alone.. yeah.. kinda too boliao.. partly also becos i guess my frds are a bit unreceptive to those emperor kinda show.. after many disappointing shows like banquet..

yes today went to watch curse of golden flower.. not a total nice experience.. not tat e show is lousy.. but e audience is.. first of all 2 men and a kid totally sit in wrong place.. den got to shift when e movie jus started.. block my entire view..

next.. phones keep ringing.. i cant believe it.. i tink there was 3 to 4 phone calls.. ppl are totally inconsiderate.. den halfway thru e kid (yes e earlier kid) start making noise.. i guess she cant make head n tail outta e movie.. but den i tink her age ard my bro.?? how wud one so young understand the vicious plans n backstabbing portrayed in e movie?? tat 2 men jus dun understand i guess..

okie on e movie proper.. e movie is fantastic.. e sets are v extravagant.. not 4getting the fighting scene of jay n zhou yuan fatt.. and the flying assasin from e hilltop to the villa.. e last part when jay lead army of golden clad armour against e silver imperial army.. the blood tat gush out.. e big shields and tactics tat e imperial army used.. v v eye entertaining..

and u tot onli gong li gt tat super spill out effect of her boobs.. in fact e whole cast of gong nu (female attendant) gt e same kinda dress.. with dress tightly wrapped ard their chest, either all of them gt some substance there or perhaps is e dress but overall quite a sight.. in fact different from the usual gong nu we see in drama, e gong nu in the movie all expose half of their shoulder blades.. can u imagine? its like wearing tubetop onli.. no wonder the prince will 动心 for one of e gong nu..

as for e plot.. its e usual king take over, empress not happy.. wanna topple e king.. wan let her son take over.. den other sons got involved.. end of day all kanna kill except the king n empress.. e onli diff is.. e king started it all by trying to poison the empress..

quite gruesome.. see how zhou yuan fatt whip his younger son to death with his golden belt after he killed his older brother and wanted the king to give the throne to him.. bloods everywhere.. i m very impressed becos after blood spill over e scene, it magically got repaired by the many workers whu clean up e place spread new flowers n carpet.. and i dun mean those small small area.. is like a whole parade square of chrysanthemum.. v bright..

gong li isnt tat chio.. watch for the gong nu.. the one initially serving gong li one.. v sweet.. died anyway..

although jus 2nd day of my long break.. i am feeling tat it is ending so soon.. no~~~ how i wish it can be longer.. (really really really sick of my work)

flood

after the recent big downpour.. there are floods in some area of sg.. watching the news, cant help but tink, could it be a warning to wat may happen in the next few days..

for all we know, in following years during this period, we may face an even big scale flooding.. tat i will nt too surprised..

SUNLIGHT

at last.. after mercilessly raining for the past 3 days.. i woke up to sunlight.. how i miss e sun..

even at 3.45am, it was still raining.. y tat peculiar time u may ask.. its becos i tot i can watch liverpool vs arsenal during my off day.. to tink i wake up so earli.. onli to find the match being postponed due to fog.. suay..

ystd nite watch e movie vers of prince of tennis.. some scenes not bad.. but mostly e movie is disappointing.. no wonder its so low profile.. and e characters look so bad.. tezuka look like one lost westerner with ugly face.. ryoma dont even look cool.. and fuji looks so gay.. but the graphic display of their skills are v nice.. makes me wanna watch the series all over again..

dunno becos of cold weather or wat but my feet is hurting terribly.. dun feel like see chi sensei cos sure wrap e leg with the medicine one.. not tat i mind but xmas is ard e corner.. i dun wanna go out in a wrapped leg.. haiz.. dun admit old also cannot le..

today went to town (again)..

dunno is it 缘分 or what.. within this 2 weeks, i went down 3 times n 3 times it rained.. but glad its on a lighter scale unlike the heavy downfall at j.e while i was meeting the guys..

anyway ystd my sis went to beijing le.. as she goes thru the departure hall.. (no i didnt feel sad..) i felt v v miserable.. how i wish.. i am e one going thru.. on my trip to japan.. recently my family went to beijing follow by my sis.. my frd went taiwan.. ppl ard me going on overseas trip.. making my desire to go japan even more desperate.. i really dream that i am on my way to jap last nite..

finally clearing leave le.. tue is my last day of the year.. next time i go back will be next year.. where i have to spend e stupid days left again.. how i wish i can clear all e way to ORD.. fat hope.. haiz..

i really wan to let go of my work commitments. i cant stand it any longer..

whats the use of me putting my 100% into my work, giving my all, doing my best.. only to find ppl ard me not doing half as much.. especially since the newcomers come, i do not understand why they cannot do a simple job.. my expectation is not high, yet i have to double check what they have done.. like doing double job.. while i take e blame for some mistakes, only to realise how stupid i am becos they didnt change..

getting real tired.. but can i really let go like wat some of my peers are already doing?? y do i find it so hard?

at the end of the day, what do i really benefit from putting my everything into my work.. i will be glad if there is only jus no returns but no.. often end up on e receiving end of more trouble n shit.. just not worth it..

i mean out of goodwill, i try to do stuff to accommodate work process.. but end up ppl take it for granted that we are supposed to do it for them.. when things not done, we got blamed.. for not doing what supposedly shld not even made known to us.. its time ppl in A*** realise they really cannot make do without us n treat us with proper respect..

getting real tired at all this bullshit.. work more, paid lesser.. get treated like shit.. thats the A***..

recently gt v caught up with 1 litre of tears.. so much so i tink i may go haunt for the dvd as a collection..

while i am watching.. i often got this thought.. what happen if i gt e same illness.. will i have e courage to move on.. will i get on with life.. and most importantly, what will i wanna do or fulfill..

i gt no answers.. probably never will.. i just cant imagine myself with e disease.. i seriously doubt i will have the strength to live on..

thats probably why this show attracts me so much.. e way e ger is trying to fight against her illness.. i doubt i can do it..

how do u define a geek?? for i tink i am a geek for technology stuff.. i mean.. electronic and gadget exhibitions and magazine like those featuring gadgets n devices, hwm etc really is my enemy.. everytime make me wanna go for those stylish gadgets out there..

anyway what is xmas without a wish list.. i am sure everyone will want something..

1. spending it with someone special.. (ayumi?? haha anyway no way this is coming true..)

2. hdd recorder.. dvd player can be a humble substitute

Reality Check.. OUCH

y would i say such a big ouch??

its not e cost of the widescreen tv.. but rather the lack of research before i jump onto the cool chio lookin widescreen tv..

tv.. is not a computer.. it does not have e capability to resize accurately.. u cannot jus expand e pictures.. because for tv.. you are onli changing the resolution for the TV!!! something similar to changing the resolution of ur monitor but not ur com.. thus rendering the pic ugly and pixelated..

tats a big lesson learnt.. not onli did i dwnsize my tv.. the picture looks terrible for my ps2 games.. simply because they do not support widescreen.. even games whu claim they have the widescreen format like ff12.. fare poorly as it is fairly pixelated compared to when play on a 4:3 screen..

now i have to suffer with a smaller resolution, 2 thick vertical black lines if i truly wanna enjoy my ps2 experience.. looking at the dear ps3 which wun be cheap anytime soon, my ps2 games.. BOOO...

another lesson.. remember check for the quality of e sound from the tv.. because my old crt tv certainly sounds better..

OUCH..it happen to me on my first digicam.. now it happen again on my tv..

good thing my parents dun read my blog.. i will be skinned if they know what i am writing above..

1 Litre of Tears

Just watched the 2nd epi..

really a nice series.. cant help but keep complimenting it..

watching the show really make me feel guilty of my ignorant lifestyle and how much time i have wasted.. (but i am really too lazy to change it.. guess tats what u call rotten to the core..)

as usual.. can feel my tears going up my tear gland.. have to shut it off.. dun wanna be crying in the living rm.. it was e scene when the doctor describe how his first patient 10yrs old whu had the same disease found out the truth of his illness.. and the first thing he said was "give it back to me doctor" referring to the lost time he had went through when the truth was hidden from him.. if onli he could have ran tat a little bit more.. if onli he had played baseball more even if it is a few throws..

that scene is so touching that i really buay tahan.. haha am i too wussy? seem like i can get emotional easily.. hee..

oh yea one of the actors in the show is actually "L" didnt realise till i read some trivia regarding the show.. toking abt L, Deathnote will be in cinemas on 28 Dec.. kakkoii~~

我的脸烂掉了.. 干到不行.. 受不了..

好期待.. 明天有新的电视了!!! yeah!!!

不过我的monitor也有可能被 LG 的 techinician 收回去修理..

好惨.. 好不容易习惯了新的 monitor 现在又有可能会几天不能用.. 悲..

Ayumi Arena Tour 06

I am so so v touched after watching the arena tour..

it is so different from the other concerts.. firstly she gt her own band, her own dancers.. which is v obvious that they are like one big big family.. v heartwarming unlike concerts of other celebrities..

the atmosphere is so great.. now i know y e other time i really want to catch her in action.. the whole tour is like one big project.. when they complete it.. the joy on their faces.. v v touched..

the visuals are stunning.. she dun have other artiste to perform in the inter change of songs and costumes.. instead they make a spectacular show.. ranging from ayu on stage to ayu on screen.. v v meticulously planned..

and the last part.. after introducing everyone on her team, she puts her finger to her mouth silencing the crowd.. all lights off but one spot light on her.. and she puts den her mike n shouted thank you to e audience.. it really warms the heart..

and backstage how she thank each and everyone through the tunnel where they line up in 2 rows and she go to each one of them giving them hi-5..

speechless.. i am really amazed by her work attitude..
