yea the worse place u can ever work in.. it starts with A ends with Y..

firstly, whatever you say, as long u outspeak, outwit outshone ppl whu sign long term contract.. u will still end up in e losing end cos there is a law governing in some ulu corner which will always deem u wrong..

2ndly, u start to become one big arrow board.. u end up doing lots of stuff u dun need to do.. or start getting blamed for not doing what u r not supposed to do.. irony har? yeah was on e receiving end this week which one particular CPT actually called my hse and wanted to whack me when i am still in camp washing some stupid training shed.. and u will start getting chased by other ppl for things ur boss didnt do.. and end result? u gt to find out how to do n do for ur boss..

3rdly, no matter how swee ur thing is.. u will nv get e due recognition.. cos all credits will be targetted to ppl with signed contract.. not ppl like us whu do temp service for 2 yrs.. they jus dun see that without us.. they are so limped.. and they treat us like dirt.. out of good will, u want to help others and make work process smooth.. tats call act smart, bullshit.. cos end up, they take for granted u r supposed to do it, take away all kinds of credit and start blaming u if u nv do that particular task..

4thly, they want u to be loyal and productive despite all e signs that lead to a decline of intellectual and mental confidence.. and they jus dun wan to acknowlege that sometimes ppl whu do 2 yr temp service are more productive then ppl who sign long term contract.. they are always more valuable then us.. take more pay, do lesser thing, got bigger bow to shoot arrow at us..

oh yea if u r not satisfactory, u r supposed to go by chain of command.. by the time ur complain really got notice, u r getting ready to leave.. now u know y they dun allow u to go straight to the high bosses? because they will find excuses to thrash ur complain.. and end up demanding more..

so who is on the losing end?? so much for being a meritocracy organisation.. yea in e eye of e big shots.. whu really care wats happening at the grd level.. where i see ppl like us staying later doing more work than some ppl whu get higher pay slacking n smoking to their death at their cozy yellow boxy corner..

above may seem jus a stupid complain letter.. well if i have a boxing bag, i would have punctured a few since e beginning of e yr.. so much grievance so little channel to sort them out.. jus doing things to show ppl.. SHOWY!!!

e truth behind the whole thing is that some physical reaction between e surface of the mentos which break duno wat bond between the drink.. causing more guess to develop and hence expanding n "bursting" out the diet coke.. so a diet coke explosion wud not happen in a human body unless he managed to swallow the mentos without any breakdown and drinking diet coke.. Pepper Lunch

today went to pepper lunch for the first time.. quite a experience.. first time i feel that corn mix with rice can be so fragrant.. had quite a nice salmon pepper rice..

On sat, went to vivo to watch my first movie there.. reach there quite early though. then i tot i shud go up to the roof to see what is in store.. (after tat time when i first go.. i tot there will be like a better finished product or something liddat..)

sad to say, i all see is not a art piece.. but a fugly (farking ugly) swimming pools wif ppl dun know wtf they should be doing there.. okie not all but seriously most of them are throwing their kids into the water like one big water fair.. no wonder they have to put up a sign abt any injuries in the water is not the managements fault.. haha..

such an irony.. because i just read on the newspaper a few days back about how the design of vivo is supposed to be.. you know super power?? although the newspaper did mentioned due to the congestion of the area, a better place to appreciate the design of the building is to be in a higher place or at sentosa.. i still remember.. the newspaper mention that the water pools at the roof top is supposedly to reflect the stars at night.. (sg not many stars.. but can u imagine the sight of the pool reflecting a nite skyline of stars.. how beautiful the scene will be..) but den i supposed the newspaper did not mention that the water pool became a children water playgrd in the afternoon..

watched sinking of japan.. the movie is quite good although i felt it progress a bit slow.. graphics usage is just enuff.. not too much.. but what is wif the stupid words coming up and den to tell us how the place look like on satelite.. and the narration of the empty scenes.. zzz.. and whats wif the rising sun at the end of the movie.. i know it is supposed to be significant as to a rebirth of a nation.. but then.. the way they potray it is really funni.. imagine the family unite, the sun rises.. den the whole family marvel at the sun.. i tot during tat pt of time, e family will be hugging each other n crying non stop?? anyway gd thing the main lead die.. if not it will make e movie a stupid one like those.. hero save the world and lives happily ever after...

anyway there has been so much sci "end of world" movies.. although all ended with humans surviving the ordeal.. but then i tot sinking has a plot which is more likely to take us by surprise then things like global warming or rather global freezing in "day after tml".. how we know what stun those plates at the earth crust are up to.. they can jus pull any part dwn anytime and change the amt of land and water on earth.. afterall earth is spinning n spinning.. surely there is some effect on e plates?? look at the recent tsunami.. is it a sign? haha anyway dun tink too much le.. everything has to come to an end anyway..

last but not least.. i tot i wun be as crazy as to spend anything above $600 for a new phone when i bought my 8855 a few yrs back.. although now those higher performance phones easily topple tat price.. but i was v wrong.. i actually spent $700 on a 2nd hand phone.. is a sharp phone from japan with hong kong software.. if you like to know more visit hardware zone forums.. but beware.. toxic level v high.. i gt so toxicated tat i die die oso want to get my hands on one.. so there explains the $700..
